This Memorial Day weekend, the Colorado Freedom Memorial will present the 13th Annual Colorado Remembers ceremony, a community event honoring generations of Colorado’s fallen veterans as well as those still serving today. This year, Colorado Remembers will also commemorate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, as well as 150 years of Colorado statehood.
Presented by the City of Aurora and the Colorado Freedom Memorial Foundation, festivities begin at 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 23 with a free pancake breakfast and a musical performance by Victory Three.
