In response to alarming teen suicide rates in Colorado and across the nation, teen advocates from 21 high schools in the Denver metro area participated in the recent HOPEfull Drive. More than 150 students, armed with collection buckets, hit the streets in their communities to talk with family, friends, neighbors and strangers to raise awareness about teen mental health, anxiety and suicide. The 23 student teams raised over $24,000 over the course of the Hopefull Drive — creating dialogue with thousands of community members.
