Stephen O’Leary, an award-winning broker associate with RE/MAX Masters Millennium in Greenwood Village, has been honored with the prestigious realtor emeritus status from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The emeritus status from the NAR is awarded to accomplished real estate professionals in recognition of 40 cumulative years of membership in the NAR and in recognition of the valuable and lasting contributions they have made to the real estate profession and their community.
O’Leary is a recipient of the Aurora Association of Realtors’ (AAR) “Realtor of the Year” award. The award is considered the highest honor given to any member of the association recognizing professionalism, service to the association, superior sales production, and a dedication to superior customer service. The AAR submitted the emeritus status application on behalf of O’Leary to the NAR earlier this year, which was subsequently accepted.
“Steve is more than worthy of the emeritus recognition,” said James T. Wanzeck, managing broker and owner of RE/MAX Masters Millennium. “Over the course of his lengthy career, Steve has proven himself as a consummate professional who is highly experienced in all segments of the real estate business, including residential sales, investment properties, corporate relocation and marketing. We all congratulate Steve on this coveted distinction and are very pleased that he is a member of our team.”
O’Leary has been a top producing broker since 1978. He has been recognized by Denver-based Real Trends as a “Top Performer.” O’Leary has served in various capacities for the Aurora Association of Realtors, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He has been recognized by 5280 Magazine with the Five Star Real Estate Professional award each year since 2010, a distinction that recognizes superior customer service and client satisfaction.
The office address is 6020 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Suite 100, Greenwood Village. For more information on real estate services and career opportunities, contact Jim Wanzeck at 303-930-5134, email email@example.com.
