Harold Hall, a former United States Marine and veteran law enforcement officer, has given most of his adult life to service of others. He retired from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office six years ago, looking forward to spending more time with his wife and enjoying some travels. About that time, he learned that he had a genetic disease that led to kidney failure and now dialysis. This same disease took his mother’s life. His sister survived the disease through a kidney transplant six years ago and is doing very well. Harold is working with UC Health through the living donor program in hopes of finding someone who is a match and willing to provide him with a kidney.
