In an age when corporate boards are sensitive about owning an airplane, Jet Linx has a solution. The company manages and maintains the planes and hires the pilots. The team brings in members to utilize hours on jets and manage costs. It’s simple for members and great for owners. It’s fun and has a club feel. (The company partners with ClubCorp and YPO.)
The economics of filling seven to eight seats and the convenience makes sense for business or recreation flights. But, it’s not always a function of money. Time is critical for a competitive edge in business and the possibility of visiting three cities in a day or having precious time with family. Educating the traveler is the key to understanding cost effectiveness.
Membership is private and kept very quiet. Successful women enjoy this elite experience as well. Even when a husband and wife join, each spouse receives a membership card with identical privileges, including a thoughtfully and beautifully appointed lounge, conference area, conference room with Wi-Fi capability, full bar and specialty coffees. Boarding a plane is such a comfortable, familiar and pleasant experience here.
The company’s tagline is “Your Personal Jet Company” and lives up to that promise. A high level of concierge service is emphasized every step of the way with the model being flexibility and an aircraft available when the member requests. The hallmark of the company is local – local base, local clients, local client services, local facilities and local presence. The “mother ship” is in Omaha with additional bases besides Denver in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Indianapolis, San Antonio, St. Louis and Scottsdale.
With all the company perks, safety is Priority One. Jet Linx is a leader in the industry for safety having earned the Platinum Level by ARG/US industry standards company, ranking them in the Top 2 percent in the world. All its pilots are CAE SimuFlite or FlightSafety International trained.

His staff refers to Jeff Puckett as its secret weapon –well known and respected in the community, which helps with the expansion of the base.
“We are most proud of keeping people happy,” said Puckett. “We are also proud of our business and life philosophy – Do The Unexpected.”
He founded Jet Linx Denver at the end of 2010 and became its managing partner and CEO. He also founded USAERO in 1998, specializing in new aircraft sales and reseller of Mooney, Aviat, Diamond, Waco and Extra Aircraft products serving pilots and aircraft owners in six states. In addition to being a jet-rated airplane and helicopter pilot, he is a competitive and award-winning aerobatic pilot. His goals of perfection have earned him an induction into the “Living Legends of Aviation” “It’s like the Academy Awards of our industry,” said Puckett about the annual meeting in Beverly Hills joining the likes of John Travolta, Tom Cruise, Kurt Russell and Morgan Freeman. He also won the first Harrison Ford Legacy of Aviation Award presented in 2011. In addition, he is chair of the board of Wings Over The Rockies Air and Space Museum and was on the Craig Hospital board.

Faith-based flights – Prayer One ministries
A believer of paying his blessings forward, Puckett established Prayer One ministry in 2005 using his Bell 407 helicopter as the messenger. The yellow craft has buzzed over Denver on Monday mornings carrying over 5,000 people – at-risk youth, leaders to see the city without boundaries and encouraging interfaith work and bonding. (He has flown Cripps and Bloods gang members together in the same ‘copter.) With Puckett as a volunteer pilot, more than 135 groups have been flown in the last year including SWAT and reconnaissance missions for the Sheriff’s Department. And yes, there is a prayer on board, before each lift off. And yes, his only request of his passengers – is to pay it forward.
