Espresso Americano opened its second coffee shop in Greenwood Village at The Landmark next to Ted’s Montana Grill on March 10. The first location is at 5322 DTC Blvd. #200 in the Village Plaza Shopping Center.
This is the second café in the United States, expanding from their 165 company-owned stores in Central America where coffee is grown on the 1,500 acre farm in El Paraiso. Honduran Oscar Kafati started the company in 1939 and his son Eduardo Kafari is now the owner and CEO.
A large crowd attended the grand opening to experience the rich Arabica espresso beverages, dessert bar and music.
David Kubena, North American director of operations, oversees the operations of the two cafés. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Monday to Friday and 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Visit www.espressoamericano.com for more information.
