Computershare Mortgage Services at 6200 S. Quebec Street, just south of Greenwood Village City Hall, was recently acquired by New York-based Rithm Capital Corporation, which consolidated it into NewRez LLC. Rithm paid $720 million for the company, which has two office buildings and a parking structure comprising 1,135,907 square feet.

NewRez has announced it will permanently dismiss 317 employees at the GV location beginning August 2. A previous announcement said 103 workers would be let go in early May. When the Denver Business Journal asked NewRez whether they intend to retain that location as a place of business, they declined to comment.

The 26.08-acre property that was the home of Computershare Mortgage Services is owned by 6200 S Quebec LLC, located in Beverly Hills CA, which purchased it for $85.2 million on October 2, 2018.
