Colorado Senate Democrats announce new leadership

The Colorado Senate Democratic caucus elected Steve Fenberg (D-Boulder) to serve as the next President of the Colorado Senate, and Dominick Moreno (D-Commerce City) to serve as the next Majority Leader Feb. 9.  Sen. Rachel Zenzinger (D-Arvada) was subsequently elected to serve on the Joint Budget Committee.
