Real estate professionals with RE/MAX Masters Millennium of Greenwood Village recently completed the Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP) course through Commercial Real Estate Advisors. Broker Associates Arnie Stein, Tori Whittaker, and Cory Drake successfully completed the 12-hour, comprehensive introduction to commercial real estate training to earn the ACP designation. The course was held at the RE/MAX, LLC headquarters in Denver and brought to participants by RE/MAX University.
“ACP designees have a distinct competitive advantage over their non-designated peers in the real estate business because of increased expertise and marketability,” said James T. Wanzeck, Managing broker and owner of RE/MAX Masters Millennium. “The ACP course helps agents successfully list and sell commercial real estate and covers a variety of important topics. We are very proud of Arnie, Tori, and Cory for taking the time and effort to earn the special designation.”
The ACP course was created and presented by Dan Andrews, president of Commercial Real Estate Advisors (CREA) and director of Commercial Business Development with RE/MAX New Image in Saginaw, Mich. CREA’s mission is to help clients develop professional and successful commercial real estate divisions within residential brokerages by creating customized commercial training programs.
The ACP course presented to Stein, Whittaker and Drake encompassed several topics, including commercial and investment real estate, estimating market value, prospecting for listings, listing presentations, serving sellers, and working with buyers and tenants. The course provides trainees with the fundamental commercial real estate terminology and essential intellectual resources needed by new and transitioning residential agents.
The office address is located at 6020 Greenwood Plaza Boulevard, Suite 100, Greenwood Village.
